Prices, shipping costs and delivery information

The prices given on product pages are inclusive of statutory value-added tax (VAT) for deliveries within the EU.

We offer free shipping within the EU and to many international countries (delivered duty unpaid).

In addition to the product prices indicated we may charge flat-rate shipping costs for delivery to certain countries outside of Europe. Shipping costs are communicated to you during the basket process and reconfirmed on the order page.

International shipping to countries outside of European Union are shipped as delivered duty unpaid (DDU). We are only responsible for shipping the product, and the customer is responsible for paying any import costs to the shipping carrier, such as duties, import taxes, local taxes, or brokerage/disbursement fees upon delivery. Some shipping carriers may charge additional fees for collecting duties upon delivery if the duties haven't been paid in advance.
